Aren't they just adorable. Ava was so excited to finally be a 'big' girl and get to go to the 'big' school and ride the 'big' bus.
Walking to the bus stop. The humidity is so thick that it fogged up my camera.
His 'blue steel' smile.
Ava and Lila finally riding the bus together.
Ava had no trouble adjusting to her new classroom. She and Lila pretty much owned the room within minutes.
One of Cole's best buds found out he was moving back to England the week before school started. Luckily he called us to say goodbye after the first day of school.
The girls were half day for the first week so we took them to Costco after school to stock up after a long Summer being away.
I love how everything is in it's proper place in Japan. These are the carts perfectly lined up while people eat at the food court.
First GNO with all the girls. Yummy food and great catching up.

Oh my goodness! I didn't even see you this summer Jen. I can't believe you were here and gone before I even knew it. I hope you had a spectacular Utah summer :)
First--- how adorable are your kids! Seriously! Glad they're loving school. Second--Nice to know Costco is the same Costco anywhere you go, however, I think Americans could learn a thing or two about orderliness and cleanliness from the Japanese. I wish the Costco carts were lined up like that out here... fits my type-A personality so well! Third-- I think it's so great that you've made such good friends over there. They make living "away" so much easier. HOpe you're well. Xoxo
